Aiptek (Affordable Innovative Personal Technologies) is a Taiwanese brand known for its low-end electronic devices. In recent years, the company has focused on manufacturing mini projectors.
The DV 3300 is both a digital camera and a digital camcorder. In both cases, there is a 4x digital zoom. However, this does not bode well for the device.
Confirmation: The camcorder has a resolution of 640 x 480 at 10 frames per second and only 320 x 240 at 20 frames per second. It also functions as a webcam, and one could argue that it is primarily a webcam.
